The Ocean & Orchard Wine and Food Festival is a celebration and collaboration of fabulous local food, gourmet cuisine, boutique wines, bountiful seafood, culture and entertainment, all unique to the Bay of Islands.
The Festival has something for everyone including a continuous line up of talented musicians, culinary and quirky competitions, stomping of the grapes, children’s entertainment and much, much more.
Visitors to the Festival can relax in the shade of one of 50 gazebos, while listening to a combination of jazz and other entertainment in the afternoon, then continue to “party on the park” late afternoon and evening.
A competition marquee, stage, food and wine stalls combine to create a festive atmosphere, alongside Kerikeri’s world renowned Chris Booth water sculpture.
The Ocean & Orchard Wine and Food Festival is held on the Kerikeri Domain which is situated in the heart of “boutiquely uniquely” Kerikeri. With its tropical, laid back ambience Kerikeri is a real lifestyle town, boasting 20 cafes, designer boutiques, art galleries, quality restaurants, wine, art and craft trails, historic buildings and a multitude of boutique businesses and accommodations.
This event is the major annual fundraiser for the Kerikeri District Business Association, although some proceeds from profits have been pledged to Hospice Mid-Northland.

Bottled water will be available for purchase.
First Aid – will be available at the event.
Lost Property will be held at the Information Tent and will be given to the local police at the finish of the festival.
No food or beverages are allowed to be taken on site and will be confiscated on entry unless you have a specific dietary requirement.
The event will go ahead rain or shine.
